Do the Arsenals come in a 2 ohm? On SSA's website they only show the 15s in a 4 ohm and i want to run two of them at 2ohms.

Fi only makes the Assassins in DVC 4. You could email them and see if they would custom make one for you.

What amp do you have that you need 2 ohms?

We have single 4 coils for the Arsenals. While not a stocked prebuilt sub in single 4 as of yet... we are seeing how many dealers order first.
