does an one know the displacement of a fully loaded BTL the web site say .26cuft but thats not with the 3rd slug,

just tring to get as close as i can so that way my port will be as tuned as possible, or is .26cuft close enough

.26 is close enough. Figure maybe .02 more for that third slug. It's not going to be audibly different than the 2 slug BTL.
