March 18, 200817 yr Any good for what?I don't really see how you can do any of that and not have it be permanent in one way or another. It's good you're enthusiastic about the hobby...but...use this time to read up and learn from the mistakes of others

March 18, 200817 yr Admin Honestly, I feel there are better performing drivers for less money. I have been an RF fan for a long time, but I am not a fan of any of the newer drivers.

Afterall the sundown need power to make power

March 19, 200817 yr You won't win anything without the proper electrical support for the Sundown.Add that into your budget.

March 20, 200817 yr You won't win anything without the proper electrical support for the Sundown.Add that into your budget.big 3 = $?No they're lying to you. Call up stinger, knukonceptz or your local welding shop. They usually give away 0 gauge or thicker, especially with the way copper prices have plummeted lately
May 28, 200817 yr You're looking at a few more batteries and a High Output Alternator. Those alone will bring you right around $800 for two good deep cycles and a HO alt.
May 28, 200817 yr I'm confused...you plan on adding all of that as a temporary set-up to earn extra cash?? I dunno what comps you're going to but you're going to have to be doing a lot to earn back what you spend on the system and earn extra cash. While the 3000d is an amazing amp,you really are going to need the electrical. Like...don't even add it into the budget if you don't have the electrical for it sorta need. I've seen a lot of your posts though and have been a bit confused. Are you planning on going with the MJ's still? Or are you switching over to some RF's? You can still get the MJ's and compete with them in some SPL set-ups. They move a lot of air and with the right install i'm sure you could put up some comparable numbers.
May 28, 200817 yr No offense, but Rockford has gone to S***!!!! They still make a good class D amp but there subs have S*** the bed!!! Back in the mid 90's they were one of the best now they have sold there souls to the devil and sell there stuff at Best Buy!!!!!!!come on Best Buy, whats next Wal-Mart?
