You guys are great here and I know you know a lot. I have a friend that needs to find a high quality line out converter with a remote out for an amp. I don't want the Scosche because it's not the best out there. I was looking at the Southgate LOC but it doesn't have a remote out for the amp.

Do any of you know a very good quality line out converter???

That can be used with a stock stereo? Forgot to mention that the LOC will be used for a OEM stereo on a Dodge Neon.

I didn't see any mention of remote out. do you know if it has one? That is exactly what he's looking for. He's just going to install a sub to his mom's neon.

Unfortunately I don't think they have a remote lead on them, I did see any mention either. You could just run a switch and turn the amp on and off manually.

An "ignition" on can easily be a remote on.
