Weight gainer works great for me. Just have to stay active. I just got mine off of Amazon. They have the 5.75lb jugs for 35-40 shipped depending on the flavor.

Pretty much all BSN products, Also digestive enzymes are a must. There is no way your body can physically digest enough food needed for any supplement to work properly. I have been powerlifting since 2001, am 5feet 3 inches and weigh about 175 pounds. I more than likely spend more money on supplements a month than ya'll do on food. I am not very active during the day, but I still need to consume arorund 3500 calories a day to maintain my mass. Right now I am at about 10 percent body fat
