Now the thing is I cant order off the website, so how can I order it?

I know how much it is, I've got the shipping quote

I just need to make the order and send payment.

you just gotta log on to your paypal, go to the send funds page. send the total amount of money your sub is going to cost +shipping (in american dollars) to [email protected]. don't forget to include your subwoofer specs and options in the "details" area (so they know what to build. you should receive a confirmation from their paypal not too long after, that they accepted your funds. then wait a week or two and some myterious man in an outfit will come to your doorstep with a box. accept this box and sign his paper. -phil

I cant use my credit card to pay, i have to use my bank account, wait 6-8 business days for the payment to get to Fi

then wait another 2 weeks for the sub, man thats a long time

Ok so I sent the funds via paypal.

Forgot the coil config, emailed about it.

but now I'm still waiting on some sort of communication

from someone at Fi as the where abouts of my sub.

My payment cleared may 1st and well ya I'm still waiting

I know the guys are busy with the BTL release, but why knock the little guy

I sent off an email to Nick this morning at 10:10:49 AM (EST)

So hopefully this is resolved by the end of the week.

Ideally I'd like to get this sorted over the phone.

Same thing with me. I'm approaching one month of paying for my bl15 but still no sub or ups notification or anything. I'm not pissed or anything(yet), I just want to know what's going on with my little fella...Maybe it's just the shipping that is taking forever since Montreal and Las Vegas are quite far apart. Assuming that it's being shipped by truck, that is.

Nothing yet, not a word.

I'd like to let everyone know.

I received the sub last friday.

It was a matter of some miscommunication both ways.

Still waiting since payment was sent April 11th.

Apparently it cleared customs on Friday June 6th.

I should have received it by now.

What Province do you live in?
