I have send e-mail several times but there is not answer, I think they are very busy and some problem with their inbox mails.

I know it but it wouldn't be right of me to give it out....However I would just email [email protected] and wait till he replies...On another hand after any of them see this thread I'm sure they will contact you A.S.A.P.

Gotta say this is my only complaint with Fi, no customer service number for any of us to ask questions. Posting here works, kinda, but it stinks for those who don't know about the forums.

Plenty of places to ask questions, i've been talking to Chandra for 3 weeks now, an email got hung up and didn't get to him apparently..

We're not sitting on the phone 8 hours a day, it's not efficient to do so, email works fine...so email me.

Yes, I agree. I ever asked Scott Buwalda for help me to contact Scott Atwell at the first time I contacted Fi. Buwalda also told me that he has contact by e-mail and phone, and there is no answer anything. I don't know what happen, maybe something wrong with Atwell's e-mail and Fi server mail ???
