Does anyone know of a standalone subsonic filter you can buy?

My friend bought a Kicker ZX700.5 and it doesn't have one... But he doesn't need a full audio processor or crossover, just the subsonic filter.

I'm looking for something that preferably hooks into the RCA's, but if there are any other options please let me know.
