June 11, 200817 yr I think that winisd doesnt take the port volume out of the sub box.....but i mighyt be wrong ( your box could end up way short of volume)
July 22, 200817 yr Author UPDATE:I have the MAW15 in a 2.3 cu ft box tuned to 32hzThe sub hits hard and has good response with rock and trance music...it doesnt play as low asit did in my 3.0 cu ft box (also tuned to 32hz) but Iits good enough for me SQ is good....the bass is not sloppy at allIm happy with this setup
July 23, 200817 yr I think that winisd doesnt take the port volume out of the sub box.....but i mighyt be wrong ( your box could end up way short of volume)It does not account for anything .. the port, driver ... In a smaller box, this could be a significant portion of the volume.Glad to hear you are happy with the setup.
