canada shipping on average is just an additional $25 dollars.

Where do you see this posted? It could be software not giving propper exchange or could be an outdated price..

on smartass.bz the sundown saz1500d is posted at $659.00. On this site when i change the currency to Canadian dollars at the top of the web page it posts the saz1500d at 470$. I don't get why it would be more expensive in Canadian dollars, is'nt the Canadian dollar currently higher than the u.s. dollar? I'm really interested on getting my hands on the saz1500d, especially from ssa since I use your forums. I just don't think I'm willing to spend an extra 50$ on a product when there's no apparent reason for the extra charge.

Contact your Canadian dealer about pricing inquiries - I'm sure he'll help you figure it out.

Perhaps he is figuring in import duties.
