I've recently started buying all the equipment for my build and I just wanted to thank Jacob at Sundown, Nick at Fi, and Rick at Raam for the unbelievable customer service and response to all my questions. If you are ever torn between a product from another company and one of these guys, you would have to be crazy to go with someone other than them. Well it turns out Rick shipped me the mat and gave me the spray for free! He said he was busy and accidently forgot to take it off my order. I had a wonderful experience ordering from RAAM and I will recommend them to anyone who asks about sound deadener.

Sweet! I'll move this to reviews, since this is a good one for RAAMAudio.

Great topic as all three have a top notch record for customer service that I have seen.
