Hello, I am having some problems with my Fi Q 12" and I dont know what happened. The other day I was listening to some music and then suddenly my sub stopped working completely. I tested the resistance from both the coils and only one side is working, what should I do? Do I need a recone? Ive sent some emails to scott nick and the sales emails and called and left a few messages but havent heard from anyone yet. Is there any way the sub could be fixed?

I would also like to mention that when I push on the cone it makes a scratchy like noise..

Email me some pictures of the sub out of the box. Odds are you've been playing it below tuning and slamming the soft parts into the basket...

I'll take some pictures of it but it looks exactly the same as when I got it. How much is a recone for a Q 12" with BP Power?

Thats the thing you can't see where anything is wrong lol! The sub looks just like it did when I took it out. I don't know what to show you. I just want to know how much it costs to recone it. Does Fi have a warranty? I bought this in February.
