RF T10001db or Sundown 1500D

for a 12 Fi Q w/BP power

both are good,but if your going under 1 ohm sundown

I've personally owned a pair of 1500D Sundowns. Awesome out standing amplifier to say the least. Ran them all the way down to .25 ohm a piece even on music and they did awesome. They blew me away in output and they are very sturdily built. A very solid piece of equipment.

I have a friend with a T10001BD but I do not havce any experience with it firsthand, only seen it in a friends car. It does the job very well on a pair of Treo Engineering 12's.

I'd say between the 2 though, I'd go for Sundown. Jacob provides TOP NOTCH customer service and is their to answer any questions or to chat with you if needed. A very solid guy that I have a ton of respect for.

But I don't have the experience with the RF to give you a decisive answer.

i like both also about the same output at 1ohm

and with sundown's sale bout same price also

I"d say sundown it up! either sub you can't lose, but the sundown has the beauty of first off, being a bit different from others and suprising people! and secondly, great warranty and great customer service.

just be careful with the gains as this amp's full of power

the sundown of course. Not really a fair comparision. The sundown puts out 1500 watts without breaking a sweat. The T10001bd will put out 1000 watts without breaking a sweat. Fosgate will put out more power, but will only reach 1500 watts in ideal conditons and higher distortion levels. Both great amps, but it comes down to how much power you want and what ohm load you trying to run. One benefit to the sundown over the RF is that you can run it at 16volt for more power output without have to mod it.

you wont be disappointed with either.. i myself am a sundown man. but take nothing away from rockford fosgates amps they are some solid amps as well.

As an owner of both Sundown and RF products, there is no clear winner, but Sundown is a better built amp IMO. Customer service and warranty also go to Sundown.

I would go with the 1500. You can't beat good customer service these days. Plus the Sundowns look Saweet

I like the way people are thinking.

I mean they are both really good amps.

I have a T10001bd and I love it. I've had no probs w/ RF or the amp.

But the Sundown will definitely put out more power. Your decision should just be based on how much power you want to put to your sub.

You'll be happy either way.
