Alright so I'm making my first system, I have a 15" BL and a T1500-1bd. I was wondering if I needed to upgrade my alternator. I just bought a optima yellow top, but I noticed some people tend to have an extra battery for the sub would I need one?

i would do the big three, get a second cell, and maybe a new one under the hood, with 1 run of 0 gauge

what kinda ride? do you know how big the stock alt is?

I have a '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee (limited not sure if that helps)

Edit- I think my alt is a Alternator - 136 Amp
