How much power will I need to power this up? Will my Fusion 900W (max) amp be able to power it?

Depends on your goals, for some that will be too much for others not enough.

Well, I don't know the peak of the sub I want to give it 1000rms but I think 700rms will be good until I get another amp.

The peak power doesnt matter, just try and match the rms of the sub to the rms output of your amp.
