Soooo I ordered my sub early morning monday and it still says billing information received on the ups thing... just wondering when it will be shipped out =(

this is an email i recieved shortly after ordering my 10" ssd. granted i got it 4 days later after this but the letter may help explain a little of why you havent heard anything on your sub other than billing info recieved.

While normally this is 3-5 business days, currently we are at 7-10 business days for production. The current delays are due to the Q Series being brought back into rotation (with the massive influx of orders we received) as well as the set up and delays of the new machine shop and line.

I ordered my 10'' bl on the 4th and got it on the 17th. So expect at least two weeks from the day you ordered it. I'm the most impatient person in the world and would check the tracking at least 10 times a day, haha. But once it got here it was definitely worth the wait

I have yet to receive anything regarding a tracking number from you guys and I ordered my sub last Thursday. Maybe this is yahoos filters that I'm not getting any of your emails? But I have been trying to also contact you guys since Thursday.

The email comes from UPS quantum view automatically from the email that you ordered with. The email does not come from us.

Check your spam folders and what not with that email address, if you can't find it email me all of your information (Name, Address, What you ordered etc.)
