Has it been tested to put this in a sealed box? My amp doesnt have SSF so I cant port it

As long as you don't play a lot of loud material well below the tuning freq, nothing happens. Depending on the sub, nothing will happen anyway. I've only run ported boxes recently and I've yet to really use a infrasonic filter (you're welcome Neil). I've had sealed enclosures where the sub was more likely to bottom on really low stuff than most of the ported boxes I've used.

So will rap music be good to play? Thats all i listen too

Depends on how low you tune the box. Most rap doesn't have very low bass in it.

Well whatever tune is safe to play rap music i dont care.. So will 35 work?

Yes, 35 hz would be fine. Most commercial rap music doesn't have anything in it below 40 hz.
