my customer have 2 FI BL 15 on a 2.8 cubes each box tune @ 41hz using 2 4inch round port. each enclosure. we did a 148.4db on TL.the car was a toyota rav4.

sub up port rear position. any idea how to gain it's db? i'll post pictures later.

yup it's small, but it's louder than it's previous 4cubic box. oh forgot to mention these subwoofer are powered by 2 saz 1500d strapped. any suggestions sir?

Seems like port up would be louder to the ear, atleast that's what I've seen.

Could try rounding the port too. No sharp edges. 45 degree's might help.
