I think I might go full active, and I would LOVE to go the route of a 6ch amp.

I was looking at the Audison VRx6 Direct, damn its expensive.

I know PPI had a nice PC6600.2 back in the day before the DEI switch over.

SoundStream had the Davinci (overkill for me, I dont need 7channels)

Anyone have any other suggestions?

The JBL is a great option, I have a ZED build 6 channel in my car now.

I'm running Focal 100KP (4" component set) and a set of Kicker SSMB8

So midbass is very well covered for the time being, I might switch up to something a little better.

But for now they'll do

I have a lead on a bnib with warrenty Chrome Shadow VRx6 Direct for $1400 CDN

Or a lightly used (out of an SQ comp car) VRx6 Direct for $1200 CDN

The guy is local so no shipping needed

Are the prices fair?

Although the Xtants would be awesome too

Wet Sounds makes a 6 channel, its a marine but its a true 1000 watts made by Zapco, so it will run you about $1000
