Posted July 15, 200817 yr I am interested in buying the FI Q 18" sub and i was wondering if it has a sub box included... also, do you ship to Canada? Thanks alot, Mack.
July 15, 200817 yr Author I contacted all the car audio stores in my town and they will not (or can not) order 18" boxes. one place, Custom Car and Sound said they will build one but it is going to be on the upwards of +$450
July 15, 200817 yr If you have the basic tools, it's not hard to build a box. Just go around and look at some build logs and you'll pick up a lot from those. You can build your own box for under $75 I'd say. (or close) If you don't build your own box, you're going to pay. Unless you have a friend that can help you out.

July 15, 200817 yr I really would like the 18" Q but if i cant get the box for it, i will settle for the 15"why do you wish to have an 18 anyhow?
July 15, 200817 yr if i build my own box am i risking quality?Probably the other way around. Putting a sub in a generic box is a very, very bad idea.
