Boosh, what is your budget, and what are your goals to get from a head unit? Personally, I feel one should not skim on the head unit, as it is the heart of the system.

Well my budget for the head unit is no more than 1k. Im looking for something with a 7 or 8 inch lcd touchscreen. and something tthat will run 3 amps.

Power akustic is bad very bad. If you're go the market for a touch screen stick with pioneer panasonic alpine. Of course budget is a factor

Update. I went with the Alpine IVA-W205 hope to have it by wednesday. Keep an eye out for the build log as I am going from 1.5 din to double. Should be interesting.
