hey all,

im having a hard time finding used/refurb sax 100.4 (about 350$). i was wondering if anyone could recommend an amp that will put out similar performance for about the same price. my speakers are cdt classic series which handle about 100 rms each. thx-phil

If you can wait a few months, I expect a flood of used 100.4's when the next version is released. ;)

ya i figured that much, its just the waiting part. i've been putting this system together since june, now all i'm missing is the matching sundown to go with my saz 1500d...now all of a sudden their impossible to find.

haha i would have considered it if i already didnt buy my 4 components. thx anyways tho

Figured as much, just thought I'd throw it out there to see if it sparked any ideas. :)

Could run a pair of them (100.2's). If not, the PG RSD, US Amps Merlin, or maybe the Kicker KX model are good choices. :)

crutchfield.com had rockford fosgate p450.4's for 169.99 i got one there rated at 60x4 but mine has a birthrate of 98x4 rms

thanks for the help guys. my gf went ahead and made a decision for me by buying the sax 100.2. i will run this temporarily until i can get my hands on a sax 100.4. i was leaning towards the sax 100.2 because it matches the 1500d that i have. for some reason it really bugs me when things don't match...
