These are 750 rms so unless you kept the gains at a reasonable level you could destroy them pretty quickly.

They just look like they are built better than some subs that can handle 1500 rms so I thought they should be able to handle around that much. But I guess looks do not matter that much, because based on the looks of the sub I would think it would be rated for 1000 RMS and actually be able to take 1500+ RMS. Based on the huge triple stacked motor that should allow for plenty of clearance for throw and it seems like the cooling is adequate to handle more power but that is based on looks. The motor could be weaker than it looks and the coil and suspension could be not as heavy duty as I would think they would be.

mind you the RE SE is a triple stack as well. I could be completely off base but the mag looks more similar to the SX then SE

Which one are these specs for?

It's not about the size of the motor, it's about the size of the coil.

Where are they made?

I was told by David, formerly of RE audio, that the Vegas factory shut down in june. It is made in china like all the rest of RE audio and US amps products, right?

the vegas buildhouse did close. They are now located in cali. If they build woofers there i dont know, prior to the move the MT, and SX were built in the US with the re, sr and se in china
