does anyone on this forum have any experience with orion hcca's? buying some very shortly and i want some testimony as to how they perform and if they experience any common problems.

i watched their head to head comp on youtube but that doesnt tell me much. any feedback is greatly appreciated.

they are for daily street beating and are gonna be powered by a zx2500.1 and in a 6 cub ft. box @ 35hz.

Which series HCCA's? There have been a few generations of them.

They can take quite a bit of power...

i had 2 15 hcca subs i think a while back, they where old school though, lol..beast at 500rms...and i sold them for 50$ and dude gives his car to the junk wt the subs in the trunk....

oh yeah that was type stupid. but i need some imput on these subs. i know someone here has had them b4. i need a good opinion. damn....where is an m5 when u need em.

Not sure why you want my opinoin, I've never seen the new series more or less heard them. I would say if I were you and were blindly buying subs they aren't the ones I'd be interested in, but I am not you.

i was asking for someones opinion who knows about the subs. wasnt asking u directly but someone who knows what they are talking about. i just referenced u as part of my lil anecdote. no one has these subs anywhere and it has been real hard for me to find one to listen to. but on the other hand people buy ssa's, fi, and sundown off recommendations, so i thought what's the difference.
