September 25, 200816 yr UGH. That sucks dude.I get insurance on shipping EVERY time I send a sub or amp or anything like that. USPS broke a spoke of the basket of my sub, and the sub was in a custom built wooden frame w/ 4 side pieces and a top and botom in a cardboard box. They suck at life.
September 25, 200816 yr I'm a firm believer in full insurance after Fedex smashed a shipment I had going to Canada this summer...a couple phone calls and all was taken care of.

September 27, 200816 yr Delivery drivers don't take very good care of their packages. I was watching a Fed ex driver unloading a truck at work. Alumapro sent 12" BP sub systems and the buy literally took box of that size and weight from his head and just let it fall to his feet. For something that weights 50+ lbs. that could mess stuff up.

For something that weights 50+ lbs. that could mess stuff up.i remember waaaaay back when, getting my 18" mt's delivered.. the fedex guy literally ROLLED the box end over end.. i was beyond mad.. made him sit there while i opened the box up to inspect. they were fine (thankfully) but i still called and complained.
