looking for people with recent experience with them,

I am interested in the APA2160, fiarly sweet amp from their CES show car, but I am wondering why their prices are so low in many places??

here is a pic of the amp I am talking about, (because there are many different amps in the APA line and they look a little different):

I can't comment on the new ones, but I have used them quite a bit in the past. Rock solid reliability for the price and they do the power. BEing a part of DEI now, I don't see why the amps wouldn't be stout. Even DEI's lower level stuff seems to be up to the toughest tests. They look great IMO also.

I think that model might have been pre DEI maybe, not sure, there was a but load of them in the WRX CES clarion demo car and they were each powering a sub and the was very clean and tight

whats up with there new subs...i notice in the pic...the cones look like a dull version of pioneer old subs....and by the way those amps look nice i might look into them.

the clarion mcd360 xover is the chit...that little thing is a must for 3 way sytems

pretty mean surrounds on the 10s

yeah they are kind of out there...i bet the xmax is going to be something like 14mm(.55inch) one way....all that surround and very little xmax..i hate that....using all that material 4 nothin..lol
