hey guys im new and just found this site so here we go.

im looking into some new subs and sound quality is kinda important to me so i was thinking of getting 2 10in Fi Qs. what do you think? i want something that hits hard but also sounds really good and i think the Qs will do just that but i wanted an opinion from someone that know about them.

also what amp should i use? i was thinking a hifonics but i dont know which one yet. im open to suggestions though

Welcome to SSA.

What's going on with your front stage, and how much room do you have to work with? Also what is your budget looking like for the amp?

im guessing front stage is HU and speakers? if so i have a kenwood HU and MB Quart discus coax speakers up front but will be getting components soon and putting those in the rear doors. its gunna go in a 99 s10 blazer so there is plenty of room but i dont want to kill my cargo space with a huge box and as fare as buget on an amp i dont know just yet. i would like to keep it under 450 if i can.

oh and what amp should i get to run my mids and highs?

i listen to alot of metal and really heavy stuff. i do sometimes listen to rap but not that often.

what i want in SQ is kinda what i have now. i have 2 boston G1 10s. im a newb when it comes to car audio but i have heard the difference in good SQ and bad SQ.

I'd be tempted to try 2 10" Q's on a new SAE1200D.
