i have a moral dilema do i ...

a) buy some liquid sound deadener (firewall)

B) buy the upstream 02 sensor for the strat so i don't hav eto reset the codes all the time (might be cracked manifold instead of the o2)

c) buy two axles for mom's car, hers are nearing their end

i have the money saved up to do one and i really feel bad not helping the parents so i will probably do the last one.

btw...i'm thinking of trading the silverado in on a powerstroke powered superduty. yeah, it's ford, but it's powered by international navistar. i look into it more today.

Have to have an engine that is made close to home, crazy in that Chitown plant. My only issue with those Navistars is how loud they are, at idle the cab noise is pretty terrible but does lay down a bit up on the highway. Needs lots of deadening. Wikced truck though.

was pretty quiet in cab..it's an 2004 with 32k on the odo....i guess the other guy did buy it for his 16 year old grandson cuz i haven't heard anything for the saleman (who's my son's bestfriend's grandfather..just some useless info)....

Extremis in doors IB 60-150hz? 40-150hz? 40-200hz? Grr....

4" lotus mids 150-2.5k? 200-2.5k? 3.5k?

tweets at 2.5k? 3k? 3.5k?

Need some ideas for a couple things.

1)good 4 way x-over with 12-24dB adjustable slopes. (mag or XXX, extremis, lotus, and tweets)

2) still undecided on tweets. any ideas?

3)need an amp for the extremis. I was thinking 50-75rms per driver in IB. Any ideas for an amp?
