Im not sure who the tourists are, but I think they are iraqis from other areas visiting baghdad. There was a tour bus and tour map and everything.

Used Slotted rotors once. They worked brilliantly, however, I got them when they first started cryogenic treating and I pair over $300 per rotor. I don't know what they cost nowadays, but my 13" solid stockers do the job well enough fro street duty.

Dennis, packing is a thick cardboar box with form fitting foam around the driver, which itself is sealed in a plastic bag. At least, that's how mine came.
