oohhh the force is strong with this one

I got hit in the chest/right tit pretty hard by a football about a week ago (qb threw a bullet while I was running my pattern, turn around to find myself getting hit in the chest. bounces off chest, and I catch it lol). My right tit was sore for a couple days but that went away. However, there's a hard bump on my sternum now. It hurts a little to press on it, feels like it's bone but I'm not sure. Any ideas what couldve happened? Figured a football can't break a rib that easily, but IDK. Does cartilage swell? Figured Steve might have some ideas or anyone else

A football can break a rib, you'd be surprised they just aren't that strong if they get hit wrong.

Time to get the gas cans and fill em up.
