been riding to work all week....except thrusday. rained. but it's the best 35 minutes of my day. (each way) today, left work early, got a bit more ride time in.

I do miss talking to a handful of people on ca.com, but the drama just killed my enjoyment of going to the forum.

It's been pretty rough this quarter, hard ass classes.

neuro, neuro lab, physics, physics lab, cell membranes/organelles.

only things that stand out: dissecting rabbit/sheep brains, giving a rat parkinson's disease, maybe more disgusting things later on in neuro lab.

Sounds like some tough classes, and why did your lab give a rat Parkinson's disease?

School's been alright for me, doing a lot of studying recently since I didn't do so well on my last molecular biology midterm. I've got 2 midterms on Monday and a lot of reading to do.

we gave a rat parkinson's to study the effects. the surgery to do it was less than entertaining.

surprisingly cell membranes/organelles is my fave class. I guess it's cuz the upper div bio classes with ~20 students is such a nicer environment.

Yeah I figured that, but OSU would never get away with giving a rat Park's disease. We'd either have a) a riot on our hands, B) mass protests, or c) death threats.

My molecular/cell biology class seems like it's like yours. We are doing organelles, functions, some chemistry in the reactions, mechanisms, etc.... We have over 300 students in our class.

But yeah, I love smaller classes too. Too bad I haven't been in a small class yet. The smallest class I've had was last year with my Wr 214 class which had 30 or so.

She's riding the '97 ZX9R and right now I'm riding the '02 ZX12R. Hers is green/white/purple and mine is gold/black/red.

I'm big into the 12R's, GSX-R 1000's, CBR 1000RR's, etc.
