I love Nitrous Oxide, or as I refer to it at the Dentist: Happy Gas.

If you could legally buy it in quantities larger than whipcream chargers, I might develop a habit but alas those just aren't worth it since you have to hold your breath which makes a safe substance like Nitrous dangerous.
