I'm way to late to ask for pics, hope you enjoyed it. Definetely something they just haven't seen too far South.

Definitely going to try and get away to the lake this weekend.

Maybe I'll take some actual pics if I go.  We have a nice place there that anyone's welcome to stay at if they're ever up this way.

Is that a natural lake? So steep and river edgish it looks like a reservoir. Really pretty either way. I imagine there are a few largish lake trout and pike in there too.

I was eating beautiful fried chicken I made tonight and it was so veiny.  And I know that's not Tyson's fault but it disgusts me.  I wouldn't eat veins voluntarily ever if I had a choice...and I guess I do have a choice.  I don't think I would even eat Matt's veins, and I know how clean he is.

Mountain foothills = clean, cool, beautiful lakes.

The electricity is so much more energetic and lively the further North you are. It doesn't storm all that often here, but when it does it really humps. I love being outside when it happens.

Beautiful lake thats for sure. I spend a lot of time canoeing in the BWCA just to paddle areas that are similar.
