Why do you hire people who don't speak english??? I understand EOE, but damn, I can't get any freaking work done, and cannot communicate. This really sucks for both ends.

It is incredible how little English is "required" by many employers. Drives me nuts, I live all the way up in MN and am still better off ordering in Spanish half the time. I don't even speak Spanish, but my Spanish is better than most of their English....how the phuck does that make sense??
