Just watched that again today. good chit.

The fvcking gayest chit happened today. My friend was driving and I was in the passenger seat, then all of a sudden something hits the windshield and cracks it (it didn't break though) on my side of the windshield. Go out to check and the marks look like a rock hit the car. Some people are fvcked up and deserve to rot in hell.

My left shoulder is killing me.

I had to keep it above my head so it wouldnt hurt.

Just popped a few knock me out pills, hopefully the pain stops.

Ebay and Paypal will be of no help.  This was a personal purchase and outside of what you have been told (even by whomever you spoke with at Ike), they really are not liable for anything.  Unless you have records, whether it be phone recordings, or some other form of written confirmation of everything you've claimed, you are screwed.  Threats will get nowhere, and as far as the BBB is concerned, they are pretty much worthless.  They can/will do nothing to help you get anywhere.

Your best bet, to save you time and frustration would be to just chalk it up as a loss.  A learning experience like this will teach you to be more cautios in futher dealings.  There was a REASON the original purchaser did NOT want to deal with the return process.  You should have understood this to be a warning sign.

Im not expecting eBay or PayPal to help me in anyway. Im just letting them know how ikesound conducts themselves. Sometimes the BBB is useful sometimes not.

The original purchaser didnt want to mess with returns because dustin is a pucking moron...but laura was sappposed to be the helpful one. She was, and she got dustin to get me an RMA number and she was the one i conversed with about what to do since they ran out of stock. She was just stupid and sent the full refund to the original purcahser because she doesnt pay attention...she just went into the computer, looked up the order number, and hit refund...refund was automatic on the credit card.

As far as the wrranty possibly NOT being transferable? i do have all of my e-mail archived and though it doesnt directly state that the warranty is transferable it does say that im not the original buyer but yet they still give me an RMA number and talked about giving me credit and an amp before they ran out of stock.
