thats the thing, people alwyas talk about how they never get any replies back from RE, when they email them, I mean i do, like the next day, but then again i do email david and not  the company direct.

I've dealt with him several times personally. I try not to judge people, but from the short conversations I've had with him, I don't find him very appealing. But that is just me.

Most people don't undestand that RE has just blown up over the past year and they just don't have the resources to get everything done at once. Hence they complain. They can always call, but like I said, hwo many of the mainstream brands even answer their emails atall let alone in a timely fashion. They'll get to what they can, and the rest, well..... I would imagine most of the inquiries are quite repetitive and probably moronic at best. They have almost all necessary info on the site, yet most people will overlook it and just go straight to email.

Who knows. . . I just have my own thoughts and that's how I'll deal with them. Glad to see you don't have any problems and are satisfied. They have a good customer in you.

Actually I just got my 12" claw-basket in. It's all disassembled right not with the basket out for some custom dressing. I just as of last week sold my 15" Magnum though. Check the classifieds as I see them every now and then.

I do like the shivas but I am looking to either step down to one 12" mag or one 12" brahma<--probly not gonna happen until I get a SUV. The mag is only 6.75" deep right now I have 6.89 to work with so the mag is what I looking at.
