my sister & i have agreed to stay here and help tend to an elderly (but still healthy/lively) family member thats very important to us.

most likely Corpus Christi, TX. Her family is down there and they are great (mostly). They've been offering for us to come down for the past 1 1/2 years.

I dunno how, but the own the Zoo there. So, absolute worst case, we've got jobs. LoL
