I use my table saw with 1/4" (both finishing and rough cut blades) and I've never had a piece crack.

40 tooth blade...tape where ur gonna cut..helps keep it from chipping

be careful not to cut too fast, u can actually melt the plexi back together...

btw...i had to leave because the bbq i ate today wnated to leave in a hurry..
