Theres a decent place to get burgers from like 9-11 at night, then when you walk in they make them fresh and you don't really have to wait to long, the mexican food places kinda suck, average BBQ, nothing special about any of the food in this town that I've found. There is one chinese place that isn't to bad, needless to say no one there speaks good english. :)

There really should be some better than average BBQ there, but I didn't find anything when I drove through either.

All people who perform suicide are cowards.

If he couldn't afford what he did, perhaps he shouldn't have done it? Nope, instead, he decides to off himself.

i don't understand the rationale behind suicide equaling cowardice. He didn't do it because he was afraid to face the rest of his life, he did it to prove a point to the members of the board.

Not to mention pulling the trigger on that gun takes action, living your life takes almost none. Using that kind of logic we're saying that skydivers are cowards until they pull the cord? I'm pretty sure it's much harder to not pull the cord than it is to pull it.

you can't two dimensionalize suicide as something for cowards. Death can bring about change faster than just about anything, this guy may have been smart enough to realize that. Sure he shouldn't have started a business that he couldn't afford. He should leave it to Wal-Mart to come in and supply everyone with the products they need. Small buisness owners like him should be forced to close down and lose what they've worked on for a lifetime.

Between my allergies and sinus problem, I am all fucked up. Went down to the bowling alley tonight, had one beer and couldn't even taste it. I knew right then that I better go home or I'd be in the hospital soon.

that has to be one of the lower levels of dante's inferno.... not able to taste beer

or...a good story for the twilight zone

suicide is a tough subject, i believe that taken ur own life is an act of a coward. there always/at least most of the time is a way to solve things. other then just taken ur life and being done with it

this man didn't hang himself in his basement, he did way more than kill himself.

is there a single other act he could have done that would have gotten their attention in the way he did? He couldn't change their minds either way, but this way i bet they have a much harder time forgetting about him.

I'm not a big fan of suicide either, and in most cases i agree it's just an easy way out. But I'm quite sure that wasn't this man's plan. He wanted to show the people that their decisions affect people's lives.

Anyone have the priated version of Transformers?

I just want to get Arthur to bed early tonight since he has a big day tomorrow, and then just make a massive martini or gin/tonic and watch a kick butt movie.

Yes

anything fresh in the theaters we USUALLY have within a week of it getting there.

Gotta love hadji's bootlegging

Agreed.

And Something tells me this man lost EVERYTHING not just money. His family, his kids, etc.

Figured fudge it. May as well make them think twice before they prevent someone from being able to possibly repair their life.

'm planning to look and stare at Daves Toyota Camry that he bought. Try and come up with an install idea :)

Camry > Civic at least. Helped my less than financially secure friend buy a 2000 XLE with 65k on it today.

Dave got a 2006 xle v6 :)

ya if he lost everything it would be pretty hard to start over. and they did get the guys message. death is nothin to take lightly

Still the easy way out. He could have surely toughed it out and figured out another way to make a living. While he made a point, he did do it in the easiest way possible for him.

well put
