a simple passive crossover is mostly a waste of time IMO.

real passives cost a lot of money and are fit to the speakers you choose, and the enclosure they're in. they incorporate WAY more than just high and low pass filters.

go over on www.htguide.com and check out some of their finished products and you'll see passive crossovers at their finest.

What would I have to do to make a passive crossover for a sub.

The cost of the inductors alone would not make it worth it.

i've taken a liking to the new Impala's. Either way you go, buy American.

Unfortunately I am sure there is a reason why there are a million '07 Impala's sitting on the lots. :(

I drove one today and it felt like a bunch of bulky plastic that didn't handle very well compared to the Accord I also drove.

There are not too many domestic vehicles I am looking at. Maybe a Grand Prix GXP ? They (GP, Impala) seem so cheap on the inside compared to others.

i never really liked the G6's appearance but every time i come up on one from behind i am taken by it. something about the way the ass is made :-D

My livelihood depends on you buying American, so just do it.

I generally don't drive a lot of new cars, but I have driven a Ford Focus and I liked it. Then again I'm like a grandpa in a 22 year old body.

bah, what is worth it?

what's the setup you're looking at?

what's the setup you're looking at?

Some 10 or 12 inch sub on 200W @ 8 ohms in the dorm behind the couch (can pull it out from the wall a bit and get quite a bit of space)

trilobita

chelicerate - spiders, mites, ticks, daddy longlegs, horseshoe craps

crustacea -

atelocerata - insecta chilopoda and diploda

chilo = centipedes, diploda = millipedes

i really wish this test was multiple choice!

I always knew I had a valid reason for hating you.

I thought the reason started when lol was not a post?

ohhhh i thought you meant like a MTM setup or something.

yea with a passive to do that you're looking at a lot of money too, no chance to just find an amp with a lpf?

why can i not stay angry with this korean girl?

she just messages me, wants to come over here (first time ever i might add).

i told her i have two exams tomorrow and i plan on studying through most of the night, she'd just sit there and watch.

she said "i could help you study"

...

"billy madison style"
