i've probably told this before but i was at a mass interview where the company rep was talking to individual people out of about 20-30. we sat and listened and he'd ask a question, basically getting to know us before we separated to 1 on 1 interviews. he asked me what i had done to date that was my largest accomplishment, something that took longer than a semester of college. I said i was an eagle scout and he said "if you want the job you're hired"

unfortuntely for him by that point i had realized i did not want the job.
