Verdict?

S4 or CTS will most likely end up in my garage...bittersweet either way so we shall see.

LS2 = *schwing*

just think how easy it is to make power with that engine

LS6 was more fun to drive stock.

Power isn't the problem in that car, managing the power it has is. It handles well but is a bit like a truck when you accelerate. My 20 year old BM'er does a better job with it. The Audi doesn't have that problem at all, in fact it is so smooth it is almost boring.

by the way Macs are gay. I'm on one write (right) now and its (it's) very uncomfortable and very hard to type

and apparently they make you dumber! :) Burn them all!

Someone at work gave me a phoenix gold bass cube to fix. They said it won't power up. I opened it up and two transistors in the power supply are fried. I can't read the model number since they are burned off. Any suggestions? I can't find a parts list or schematic anywhere UHG!

Head over to phoenixphorum.com. There are a few people that can find parts, or maybe even make them. A guy hand made me a new remote for my bass cube. :)

Thanks a bunch.

Indeed. 2007 is what I drove, although I'd buy a late 2005 or 2006. New body style, but not 09 new.

How wide is the piece of slate? Any idea how we can cut it in half down the middle? It would probably make it easier to lift out :)

I can measure tonight. I figure a stone saw could cut it. I'm not sure if that means a wet disk or not however.

It will be one hell of a project.

Productive day here, got off the plane at noon, had sex, a shower and then went on test drives. I drove:

Audi S4

Caddy CTS-V both the LS2 and LS6 versions

Pontiac G8

BMW 335

Infinity G35 coupe

Lexus IS F

Jeep GC SRT8

Fun day :)

And yes all I can think about are cars now.........................again.

The S4 felt way too small for me. the last body style at least perhaps this newest is more roomy?

I think it is about the same size, although the back seat behind me is non-existent in the car the front has a ton of leg room. I didn't even have the seat all the way back.

i dont know what anyone is talking about but this guy drives an eclipse thats really loud and a ricer it sounds like its going 90 when its going 10mph lol

Side to side, I don't exactly need a lot of room either.

there is it.

I was "ok" in the legs, but my shoulders are really really wide.

I wear a 43-44" X. Long sportcoat. The side bolsters are nearly perfect for me when driving in a spirited fashion, for long trips they are probably a little tight but it is what it is.

Some coats I go up to a 54 long or xlong in coats.

I think that's why when I got the expedition, I finaly felt comfortable in a vehicle. Oddly enough, the 911 has enough width. I always have B pillar issues, forget the seat itself.

=)
