I have a golf course right outside my neighborhood, and I walk to a corner of it and run the sides of it and walk in between and then run when I get back to the entrance to my neighborhood. As of today, I did it all in 30mins I'm working towards ten minute miles at the end of august.

like the spindle on a steering knuckle, it's machined very smooth and possibly even polished, will the sand blasting affect that polished finish?

Vinyl, PVC or rubber based tape will work, but I wouldn't worry about it. It won't be removing any material and you'll have the grease in between the bearing race and the spindle, so just blast away.

Thank you sir! I hope this heals quick. I'm virtually paralyzed. Walking is damn near impossible and staying in any one position for more than 10 minutes is unbearable. Vicodin is a joke as well.

My guess would be that you have to donate your own blood prior to the surgery. They would have some sort of pump and oxygenating system that would hook up to the pulmonary vein and artery. Just a guess though.
