Yeah, wish I had. But I put my initial money in back in January and didn't have any to spare in March. Could have easily quadrupled. darn. Probably the best buying opportunity of our lifetimes.

As for tips, well, I'm nervous about doing that. But I'll tell you what I look for. P/E less than 15, PEG less than 1 is nice, revenue that is climbing in the last quarter and comparing to old revenue before the crash, then comparing stock price today to that of 2006 or before. I say older than that because I think prices in 2007-2008 were inflated in many cases. Also look for increasing projected earnings. Finally, for a short-term shot in the arm, I like to see recent stock prices that are near the lower bollinger band. If they're below the lower bollinger band that's even better, provided the company is in good shape and the price isn't going down for a really good long-term reason.
