On different note, any idea on anything that would work as well for browning and braising as the big lacrueuset goose pot?

I made 3.5-4 gallons of red sauce that was extra meaty. Basically a bolognese with extra tomato sauce. We used 6 pounds of chuck and simmered/braised it for a quarter of a centurty untill it fell apart and then had to transfer it to a stock pot to combine and get the flavors to meld together.

I'm just being cheep as I can't find anything close to 15 quarts that would work well for browning/roasting/braising. All the other peices we found good deals on, but this one is hard to find.
