And, actually, the prices on some of their detailing products (Mothers and Meguiars stuff) are very reasonable as well.

When I go back out there and buy one I'll take pictures and get them up here. They have all different styles, but if you can picture a Rockford Fosgate or Phoenix Gold terminal with the wing nut on the top ... the one I was looking at was like that, but for 'marine use'. Looked like crap, but very solid.

Friend is on his way with some glue sticks, im going to try Ryans method of adhering carpet

:woot:

Just bought the Diamond amp!!! Should be here next week.

^^^

I got 60.

Yeah Im pretty happy with the purchase as well.

Got called to a fire, sorry 'bout that.

And actually, there's quite a story to that one.

care to elaborate? :)

Call came in around 11:08PM. Myself and another guy were on the lower floor checking the equipment used on the previous run earlier that night (the one I had to sign off AIM for). Four others were upstairs eating and sitting in the lounge area. Suited up, hopped in the truck, and away we went. Half way out the bay doors we got the location - was a street, not an address ... a MVA we all thought. Took three minutes to get to the location ... first on the scene. Both trucks pulled up beside the wreck, hopped out, grabbed the jaws and two hose lines and went to work. Some drunk on his way home from the bar managed to cross three lanes of traffic and hit a car full of 19 year old college kids on their way home. Oil, gas, all of the other fluids all over the place. Vehicle usually don't go up in flames. The driver was pinned, so I pulled the passenger out through the window and Vinnie grabbed the girl in the back seat. Vinnie got knocked on his ass when this thing went up in flames. It didn't explode, but the flames just engulfed the entire vehicle. Nothing compares to watching someone on fire screaming and yelling in pain for you to get them out of there. Manage to put the front of the vehicle out and get in there. The kids skin is torched to a crisp - you couldn't tell if it was a girl or a guy. There is nothing like the smell of burning and burnt skin. Pulled the kid out and loaded him into an awaiting bus. DOA at the hospital. Drunk arseho is fine. Tested 3x the legal limit.

This is the guys at RDKB Ladder 2 telling you not to drink and drive.

So there's my story for the day. :crap:

Ryan, works pretty well

Only 1 problem, i dont have the right sticks for my big gun. I used the small with my small, doesnt work

Its SO much cheaper though.

$10 for a can of spray glue or a pack of glue sticks

Steve, thast pretty crazy. Reminds me of the movie Ladder 49
