I checked out DHL and Purolator ... and they're pathetic as well.

It might boil down to cutting them in two 12" pieces and using a 9 x 12 envelope. We'll see what the meatheads who got the 24" long stickers want.

With my luck, the 12" part would be right in the middle of a letter. Mind you, it wouldn't matter +/- and inch or so as you could put one piece on a diagonal.

I don't think guys would have trouble taping the thing together and putting it on. I'll have to check with them first, though - which will have to be soon, because that would save on shipping up here too as Scott could use a 12" shorter box.
