well, my brother bought my amp. he's gonna put 4 Alpine Type R 10's on it in a sealed enclosure. should sound alright, can't wait to see how they perform. he's set on the subs, but i would have put them in a ported enclosure. i'm still trying to talk him into it

I slammed my legs in the gym yesterday. They finally got some heavy plates for the sled. I maxxed out with 45 pounders last time I focused on legs.

3 sets of hack squats and then worked my way up to 8 reps of 1040 on the sled. I had more in me but I am so worried about my joints. I burned out with 2 sets of 540 for 20ish. I lost count, but it felt goooood.

I'm finally working my way back into legs. I did deads and squats on wednesday (along with some other leg/back stuff), 135 on squats and 115 on deads. I'm trying to get my body used to it and my form perfect. Thursday I ran my dog, and Friday I hiked 5 miles through hills. My hamstrings were tender to the touch on Saturday.
