rode the train for the first time saturday, lewistown to pittsburgh, to visit my girlfriend. ill probably do it again. its an hours longer then driving but a hell of alot more enjoyable. cost wise its about 25 bucks one way in gas or 32 by train.

funniest part was there was some guy helping load luggage on the train for his family and didn't tell the conductor... the train left the station before he could get off haha. he apparently left his keys in his truck as well. never found out what happen to the guy but the next stop was about 40 miles from where we got on.

Where in Lewistown did you get on the train?

the amtrak station, actually i just wiki'd it and im surprised by some of the info. apparently the oldest station in PA that is still operating.

wiki - lewistown amtrak station

That is what I was thinking, but was not sure.

Sean were you refering to Western Digital and Hitachi Global Storage Technologies?

I love the zombie movies. I think it would be awesome to just go driving around and taking them out and blowing some brains out.

You might enjoy this then. Not movie related, but quality stuff. Should be an awesome game too.

Seems like it.

where are you jet setting today?

San Jose. My week just got more interesting though as WD just purchased HGST.

So now we're down to 2 major manufacturers? Lovely...

50 outside and snow is melting fast. Looks like a flood might be coming.

Yea Olean is expecting some flooding too

Yard is water puddles and snow. Don't dare to walk in it you will sink up to your ankle.

Yes. Two of my biggest customers, and being I work with director level and higher I am concerned about losing champions :(

Oooh, new bullet train debuted in Japan over the weekend; cruising speed 300Km/h, ~186 MPH

Thanks Neal.

Few people that have posted here lately would be better off strapped to that table..

I hoped somebody would like these. I am going to miss out on meeting up with a couple of good friends this week, so they are posting up some things they are doing this year.

The CGI of the demon is bad ass! I have a copy coming.
