No doubt. 99% chance it was a female applicant. I don't feel the sexist pains often here, but sometimes when I apply internally I get that "feeling".

Part of the reason I had to listen to the company lawyers.

Thanks, long time no see. How things been?

Not bad. I'm not sure if I ever actually updated anyone in the forum world that I have a desk computer job now, which I love, but I do. lol. I have a full car audio setup again but no plans to get it installed anytime soon because I hate my honda. I actually just had to pay 500 dollars to get it worked on. Only reason I like it is because it saves me from crying over gas prices.

What about you? Anything new?

Started grad school last year, and really I am tired of it already. Grad classes have really sucked so far, but I only have to more grad level classes after this semester and I am getting some financial assistance so I'm definitely going to hang in there.

Other than that, just ready to get out into the real world.

You forgot that you are the offical model in the HOP too. :)

The convorsation will never happen in the reverse. When I first onboarded I spoke with my director about how some of the women made me feel akward and had some comments that if I said the reverse about women I would be sued.

He said "welcome to health care"

I'm not down about this instance though. The job was not for me. More work, probably no more pay or title, and again... more work. And the work would be quite clerical.

Might be time to start applying in a different company. If I do though it probably won't be for another year untill after I'm 100% vested. It would be throwing many thousands away to leave early here.

Just pulled my first espresso with the new burr's installed in the grinder. H E L L O Crema!

Normally a shot should take about 5 seconds to start flowing and then 22-28 sec to make 60ml (double). At 40 seconds I finally saw my first drop. I guess this grinder can pull a ristretto! Loosened it up a few notches and BAM, crema. :)

Two espresso's and a cappucino later and I am needing some water.

Finally got pissed of looking at a fiberglass pillar and tried my hands at vinyl wrapping. Going to leave the string around it until morning, I may have been to enthusiastic and didn't wait fir the glue to cure right in one spot.

Sometimes when you post I'm angry and elated in a 50/50 mix.

100% jelly though.

WINNER grinder it sounds like. Epic deal on it too.
